2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
- Your account is in good standing (not suspended for Terms of Service violations)
- You have not previously received a refund for the same account
- The issue is not caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party application
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Accounts in violation of our Terms (credential sharing, unauthorized reselling, fraud)
- Free trials — trials are provided at no charge and are not eligible for refunds

4. Consumer Rights (France / EU)
Under the EU right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU) and French consumer law, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date for digital services, unless the service has already begun with your express consent and you waived your right of withdrawal at checkout.
Since our service activates immediately with your express consent, we offer a commercial 30-day guarantee in addition to any applicable statutory rights, which is the more favorable option.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Being blocked from future subscriptions
