1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website https://iptvelitepro.com or by purchasing any IPTV Elite Pro subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
IPTV Elite Pro is a service operated from France, governed by French law and European Union regulations.
2. Description of Service
IPTV Elite Pro provides an internet-based television streaming service (IPTV), including access to live channels, video-on-demand (VOD) library, and associated features. The service is delivered via digital credentials (M3U playlist, Xtream codes, or similar) used within a compatible IPTV application on your device.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable law in your country or region.
4. Account & Credentials
- Your access credentials are provided by email or via support following your purchase
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
- Do not share your credentials with unauthorized third parties
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts found sharing credentials beyond the licensed number of connections
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
5. Subscriptions & Plans
5.1 Available Plans
We offer Diamond and Gold subscriptions, available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, and lifetime durations (Diamond only).
5.2 Activation
Subscriptions are activated within 5–30 minutes of confirmed payment, typically instantly via live chat or Telegram.
5.3 Renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before expiry to continue the service.
5.4 Lifetime Plan
The lifetime plan provides access for as long as the service is operational. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the service, not the customer’s lifetime.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without prior written authorization
- Share credentials beyond the number of licensed connections in your plan
- Use the service in any way that violates local, national, or international laws
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure
- Use the service to stream, download, or distribute content in violation of copyright laws
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
Any violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Content & Copyright
IPTV Elite Pro acts as a technical content delivery intermediary. We do not host, upload, or own the content accessible through our service. Content is sourced from publicly available streams and third-party providers.
Users are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with copyright laws and broadcasting regulations applicable in their country or region.
8. Service Availability & Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Downtime may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice where possible)
- Third-party infrastructure outages
- Force majeure events
- Technical issues outside our control
We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions. In the case of extended outages attributable to us, we will offer proportional service credits at our discretion.
9. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in EUR (Euro) unless otherwise stated
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
- All purchases are final unless covered by our Refund Policy (see Section 10)
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions
10. Refunds

- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
- Refunds are not available after the 30-day window
- Free trial activations are not eligible for cash refunds
- Accounts in breach of these Terms are not eligible for refunds
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- Credential sharing beyond licensed connections is detected
- Fraudulent payment is detected
- A valid legal order is received
Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. Upon termination by us without cause, a pro-rated refund will be provided.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific channels or content will remain continuously available.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPTV ELITE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law and European Union regulations. Disputes will be submitted to the competent French courts after good-faith resolution attempts.
Consumers residing in France or the EU benefit from additional non-waivable protections under local consumer law.

16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
